Framesi North America is seeking an Independent Sales Consultant (ISC) to expand our premium professional hair care and hair color brand within the salon and beauty supply community. This 1099 role offers high commissions, flexible hours, and the freedom to work across brands while promoting our products.

You will focus on opening new doors in the assigned territory, servicing existing customers, and building lasting relationships with salon professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven outside sales experience selling to Salons and Beauty Supplies
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder
• Self-starter with drive to exceed goals and commissions

What You’ll Do

Grow the Salon and Beauty Supply Universe in Assigned Territory:Focused on identifying, engaging, and opening New Doors and Beauty Supplies, along with servicing existing customers

What You Bring

• Confidence, energy, passion, and professionalism
• 3+ years proven outside sales experience, selling to Salons and Beauty Supplies preferred—but passion and hustle matter most… you love the thrill of opening New Doors
• Strong understanding of Salons and the Beauty Supply business model is a plus
• Self-starter energy with the drive to exceed goals and crush commissions
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaker a plus!
