Job summary

NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated distribution route in the Fort Wayne, IN area. Start times around 7:00 AM, Tuesday through Friday, with 700–800 dollars weekly on a per-piece route and 800–880 miles weekly.

Vehicle must be a 2017 model year or newer and meet insurance, licensing, and screening requirements. Accepting applicants who are entrepreneurial, financially responsible, and dependable, ready to manage their own delivery

Qualifications

• Must own a large SUV or minivan with cargo space for a multi-stop route.
• Vehicle year 2017 or newer for safety and reliability.
• Be at least 21 years old, valid driver's license, and commercial insurance (min $300,000).
• Smartphone capable of running driver app and pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver with precision, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries and maintaining reliability.
• Navigate territory efficiently using GPS and mapping software to meet timeframes.
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism at every stop.
• Adapt to route changes, traffic delays, and address issues to keep deliveries on schedule.
