Job summary

NOW Courier Inc. is seeking drivers to perform same-day pickup and delivery services in the Indianapolis area. You will load and unload packages, operate a company transit van, and ensure timely, safe deliveries with excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of professional driving experience, a clean driving record, and can pass pre-employment screenings. Join a long-standing team with a reputat ion for reliability and efficiency.

• Valid Indiana driver's license.
• 2 years of professional driving, pickup & delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and operate a company-provided transit van to complete same-day pickup and delivery services
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and local traffic laws
• Follow proper handling protocols for time-sensitive or temperature-controlled deliveries
• Use GPS and company-provided technology to track and complete deliveries
• Work with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes for efficiency
