Ideal candidates will have proven experience, own tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet safety and quality standards on every job site. A crew is a strong plus and compliance with local requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience installing roofing, siding, and/or windows.
• Must have your own tools and equipment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background requirements when required by certain municipalities or projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be certified Home Improvement Contractors.
• General Liability Insurance required.
• Having your own crew is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Install vinyl and fiber cement siding.
• Install replacement and new construction windows.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with project managers regarding job progress.
