Pho Prime, LLC is seeking driven individuals to join our roofing sales team in Texas. No roofing or sales background is required; we will teach you everything, from spotting shingles issues to closing deals. Expect a commission-based role with weekly bonuses and uncapped income potential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to learn— roofing or sales experience helps, but isn't required.
• Strong people skills and the ability to earn trust quickly.
• Self-motivation; you own your schedule and results.
• Comfort outdoors, including time on ladders and roofs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs and give homeowners a straight answer on what's really going on up there
• Turn findings into clear estimates and proposals
• Build relationships with homeowners and property managers - then close the deal
• Keep your pipeline warm with consistent, timely follow-up
• Explain roofing systems and materials in plain English, no jargon required
• Hand off cleanly to our production and installation crews
• Represent the company like the pro you're becoming
