Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking an Independent Residential Roofing Sales Consultant in Houston to join a dynamic Storm Force Roofing + Construction team. You’ll evaluate roofs, present clear estimates, build trust with homeowners, and close deals with property managers to drive growth in outdoor sales. No roofing or sales background?

No problem—training is provided. You’ll earn uncapped commissions with weekly bonuses, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
A willingness to learn — prior roofing or sales experience helps, but isn't required.
Strong people skills and a knack for earning trust fast.
Self-motivation — you own your schedule and your results.
Comfort working outdoors, including time on ladders and roofs.

Responsibilities

Inspect roofs and give homeowners a straight answer on what's really going on up there.
Turn those findings into clear, accurate estimates and proposals.
Build real relationships with homeowners and property managers — then close the deal.
Keep your pipeline warm with consistent, timely follow-up.
Explain roofing systems and materials in plain English, no jargon required.
Hand off cleanly to our production and installation crews.
