Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with residential roofing services including roof inspections & diagnostics.
- Experience with tear-offs, underlayment installation, and full roof replacements.
- Experience with asphalt shingles, TPO, tile, and related roofing systems.
- Must own roofing tools, ladder equipment, trailer, and reliable transportation.
- Professional communication and clean job site practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide roofing services and complete assignments for residential clients.
- Document work with before, during, and after photos.
- Communicate materials and repair recommendations through the company portal.
- Maintain safety, clean job sites, and reliable transportation.
