Qualifications
- Active General Liability Insurance required (COI provided).
- Workers' Compensation coverage where applicable.
- Valid W9 and Tax ID.
- Roofing license preferred or required per state/local rules.
- Own roofing tools, ladder equipment, trailer, and reliable transportation.
- Smartphone for portal access and communication.
- Professional communication and clean job site practices.
- Must complete onboarding and portal training before assignments.
Responsibilities
- Perform roofing inspections and diagnostics for residential work.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on shingles, tiles, and roofing systems.
- Lead larger roofing projects including tear-offs and replacements.
- Document work with photos and detailed notes in the company portal.
- Communicate materials needs and repair recommendations clearly.
