You will receive direct assignments within your local service area, with materials provided for approved projects. You must own roofing tools, ladders, a trailer, reliable transportation, and carry general liability insurance

Qualifications

• Independent roofing contractors sought for residential repair, maintenance and roofing projects.
• Must own roofing tools, ladder equipment, trailer, and reliable transportation.
• Roofing license preferred or required depending on state and local regulations; active insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections and troubleshooting (leak detection, storm damage, flashing, moisture).
• Carry out minor roofing repairs and maintenance (shingle/tile repairs, sealant, gutter work).
• Handle larger projects (tear-offs, underlayment, full/partial roof replacements).

Residential Roofing Contractors – 1099 Opportunities

About The Opportunity

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced roofing professionals to join our contractor network for residential repair, maintenance, and roofing‑related service work orders through our established residential and property management partnerships. This opportunity is ideal for independent roofing contractors looking to supplement their current workload with flexible, ongoing project opportunities and fast payment processing. We provide direct work assignments within your local service area, and materials are supplied for approved projects when applicable.

Responsibilities

Roof Inspections & Troubleshooting

• Leak detection and diagnostics
• Storm-related damage inspections
• Flashing, ventilation, and moisture assessments
• Identifying potential mold or water intrusion risks

Minor Roofing Repairs & Maintenance

• Shingle, tile, or roofing material repairs
• Nail pops and small puncture repairs
• Sealant application around vents and flashing
• Gutter repairs and maintenance

Larger Roofing Projects & Estimates

• Tear-offs and underlayment installation
• Partial or full roof replacements
• Roofing systems including asphalt, TPO, tile, and related materials
• Soffit, fascia, and ventilation-related repairs

Job Documentation

• Before, during, and after photos
• Detailed job notes submitted through the portal
• Communication regarding materials and repair recommendations

Contractor Requirements

• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• Workers' Compensation coverage required where applicable
• Valid W9 and Tax ID required
• Roofing license preferred or required depending on state and local regulations
• Must own roofing tools, ladder equipment, trailer, and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required for portal access, communication, and photo uploads
• Professional communication and job site cleanliness required
• Must complete onboarding and portal training before receiving assignments
