Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks a RoofField Inspector to join a nationwide independent contractor network. You will inspect steep and high roofs, assess damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using modern tools, including Lidar devices. Prior roofing or claims experience is a plus but not required.

Must have reliable transport and the ability to obtain required certifications; this is an independent contractor role offering flexible field work.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely navigate and inspect steep/high roofs.
• Comfort using Lidar devices during inspections.
• Proficient with MS Office for reporting and communications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roof inspections on steep/high roofs and assess exterior/interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections and document findings clearly.
