Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking a RoofField Inspector to join its independent contractor network. You will inspect steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using the latest field technology.

Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance claims is a plus but not required. You must have a reliable vehicle and access to a 32' ladder; willingness to obtain any required certifications is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely navigate and inspect steep/high roofs.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook/Teams).
• Willingness to obtain required certifications.
• Independent contractor status.
• Roofing/construction or insurance claims experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on steep and high roofs and assess exterior/interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections.
• Utilize technology to document findings and support claims.
• Coordinate with insurers to provide timely, accurate reports.
