PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Analyst/Associate for its Independent Risk Management (IRM) Development Program in Pittsburgh, PA.

The 12-month rotational program provides hands-on risk management experience across multiple risk domains and partners with regulatory stakeholders. You will work with risk professionals on data analysis, policy development, research, reporting, and communications while rotating through several risk areas and contributing to the enterprise risk

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting.
  • Minimum GPA 3.2.

Responsibilities

  • Perform core program activities and support group initiatives under supervision.
  • Participate in social learning, mentoring, and job shadowing within IRM.
  • Engage in formal learning (classroom/web) and related projects.

The goal of PNC’s IRM Development Program is to develop associates to be able to assess and identify risks that could impede the strategy, reputation, operations, or financial success of the organization.During this 12-month rotational program, associates work with risk management professionals to maintain PNC’s emphasis on effective risk management while adhering to the enterprise risk appetite. Associates will engage in a collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience with the key components of PNC’s risk framework. Your involvement will include activities such as data analysis and metrics, policy and procedures development, research, communications, reporting, and participation in meetings with key regulatory stakeholders.The program contains four rotations including an Enterprise Risk or an Operational Risk rotation, as well as having an opportunity to rotate through any of the areas below.
