The 12-month rotational program provides hands-on risk management experience across multiple risk domains and partners with regulatory stakeholders. You will work with risk professionals on data analysis, policy development, research, reporting, and communications while rotating through several risk areas and contributing to the enterprise risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting.
• Minimum GPA 3.2.

The goal of PNC’s IRM Development Program is to develop associates to be able to assess and identify risks that could impede the strategy, reputation, operations, or financial success of the organization.During this 12-month rotational program, associates work with risk management professionals to maintain PNC’s emphasis on effective risk management while adhering to the enterprise risk appetite. Associates will engage in a collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience with the key components of PNC’s risk framework.
