Sedgwick is seeking independent contractors for the 1099 Commercial Risk Field Consultant – MN Minneapolis. You will conduct on-site inspections focused on property and general liability for commercial risks, reporting findings with exterior measurements, photos, and recommendations.

Payments are issued weekly, with fees based on completed reports and client specifications; typical assignments pay between $45 and $100 per report.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting on-site inspections and documenting findings.
• Knowledge of ISO construction classifications (1-6) and general liability coverage.
• Ability to produce clear, concise inspection reports with photos and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections for commercial risks including property and liability exposures.
• Prepare comprehensive reports with exterior measurements, photographs, observations, and recommendations.
• Identify hazards and summarize current conditions for client review.
