Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to join our team in Graham, TX on an independent contractor basis. You will stock, merchandise, and execute projects that strengthen brand presence across assigned stores.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and attention to detail, with responsibility for reports, planogram compliance, and timely updates to store teams. Flexible hours and project-based work characterize this position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move in stores for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in retail/merchandising preferred.
• Own smartphones for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates to teams.
• Manage schedules and store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
