Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Jamestown, TN for an independent contractor role. You will support ongoing store merchandising projects and remote reporting, with a competitive hourly rate of $14–$15.

In this fast-paced position, you’ll stock and display products, execute resets and promotions, and build strong relationships with store teams. Applicants should be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently across multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Experience in retail merchandising or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
