Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Frankfort, IN to stock, arrange displays and support brand standards across assigned stores. This is an independent contractor role with a flexible, project-based schedule and an hourly pay between $14 and $16.

You will report on store visits, coordinate with store teams, and execute planograms while delivering high-quality merchandising. Smartphone-based reporting and adaptability to varying project requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who works independently and builds partnerships with store teams.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Comfortable using smartphones and reporting apps.
• Flexible in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
