Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to independently support store visits in San Angelo, TX. This role blends ongoing stock duties with project-based merchandising, enabling you to enhance customer experiences while representing leading brands.

The ideal candidate works autonomously, collaborates with store teams, and executes merchandising initiatives with accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours and a strong execution mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb and move in retail environments.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Must be willing to work in cold retail environments for limited periods.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in retail merchandising or consumer packaged goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
