Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide retail support network and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to service major retailers as independent contractors. You will manage merchandising, resets, audits, stock, and reporting using mobile devices, with flexible project-based hours.

Assignments typically range 12–20 hours per month per project, with windows across weekdays. You can select projects that fit your schedule and earn supplemental income while delivering high-quality shelf execution across

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail resets, audits, or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.
• Active email address for project communication.
• Ability to submit reports and photos on the same day.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
