Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Wellington, KS to perform stock, merchandising and project-based store support for leading retail brands.

The ideal candidate works independently, communicates well with store teams, and delivers precise planogram execution. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to contribute to dynamic merchandising initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and move in retail environments for extended periods.
• Experience in retail merchandising or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organization required.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
