Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to assist stores across Shenandoah, IA. This independent contractor role offers flexible project-based hours and an hourly pay of $14–$16, with rate based on market experience.

You will support brand presentations and in-store merchandising while reporting via mobile tools. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend and move throughout retail environments.
• Experience in retail, merchandising or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and handheld devices for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and detailed feedback using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges and project updates.
