Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers a flexible, self-motivated opportunity to work with major retailers and brands across the United States.

Projects typically run 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service in the first two weeks of each month. As an independent contractor, you’ll set your own schedule, choose projects that fit your availability, and enjoy daily Pay enrollment options.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and store instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple assignments.
• Proficient using mobile devices for reporting and documentation.
• Available during retailer service windows, mainly weekday daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued products and update materials as needed.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms.
• Ensure displays are clean and well-presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project completion reports with photos the same day.
