Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide independent contractor network. This role offers a flexible, project-based workload with opportunities to service multiple retailers and brands across the United States.

Typical projects involve merchandising, product resets, inventory audits, and display maintenance, with 12–20 hours per month per assignment. Contractors set their schedules and enroll in DailyPay if desired, enabling flexible income streams.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
