Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking independent contractors in Downey, CA to perform residential property inspections on a flexible schedule. You will travel to properties, inspect exteriors (and occasional interiors), and communicate findings to homeowners using our mobile web app.

You may employ your own associates to help with routes, and you set your own hours and routes. Inspectors should capture app-guided photos, coordinate interior/high-value appointments, and use a camera pole for roof photos.
