Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Inglewood, CA to perform residential property inspections. You can set your own hours, build your own route, and work with your own associates. Earn per inspection and manage your schedule, outdoors and on-site.

Responsibilities include exterior inspections, homeowner conversations, app-based photo capture, and scheduling. Flexible work window 8am-Sunset, Monday-Saturday, with payments monthly per inspection.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor/in business owner mindset preferred.
• Detail-oriented with good communication with homeowners.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel within Inglewood area.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to perform exterior (and occasional interior) inspections.
• Explain inspection process briefly to homeowners in a professional manner.
• Capture app-guided photos and answer property questions via mobile app.
• Use camera pole for roof photos when needed.
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections on own initiative.
• Provide accurate, timely, and clear communication upon completion.
