Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking a Mortgage Field Inspector in West Branch, MI to conduct residential property inspections and verify occupancy status as a contractor. You will work independently and set your own schedule while delivering timely reports.

Responsibilities include documenting findings, taking photos, and staying compliant with industry guidelines. Requires a valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check to obtain Aspen Grove number.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Prefer 6 months in inspections field or 1099 experience.
• Driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status
• Document findings using inspection software
• Take photos and deliver documents as needed
• Complete inspections within deadlines and meet performance metrics
• Communicate with account manager professionally
• Maintain records and stay updated with regulations
• Travel to properties in West Branch, MI and surrounding counties
