Qualifications

• Must have CPR & First Aid Certificate.
• Pass a negative TB test before providing services.
• Must have a clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one recreational therapy services.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document therapy notes according to Medicaid requirements.
