FeldCare Connects is seeking a Registered Dietitian to deliver quality home health services in Canyon Country and surrounding areas as an Independent Contractor. You control your schedule and coverage areas, with strong per-visit compensation and minimal administrative burden through our supportive team and Cliniconnects app.

You will treat patients of all ages, document progress efficiently, and collaborate with care teams to adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold California RD license and be a Registered Dietitian.
• Experience with home health care is a plus.
• Comfort using mobile apps and documentation.
• Excellent communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized home health dietitian services to patients of all ages.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans of care.
• Collaborate with clinicians and caregivers for care coordination.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment.
