Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Registered Dietitian to deliver quality home health care to patients of all ages in Long Beach and surrounding areas. As an independent contractor, you are your own boss with flexible scheduling and control over your coverage.

Earn based on per-visit rates, decide how many patients to treat, and rely on our administrative support, Cliniconnects app for referrals, and an extremely intuitive EMR to document during visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Dietitian program.
• California Registered Dietitian license to practice.
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.

Responsibilities

• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment.
• Determine the plan of care for the patient.
• Document visits efficiently using the EMR system (Cliniconnects).
