Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a Registered Dietician to deliver quality home healthcare as an independent contractor in Glendale and surrounding areas. You will manage one-on-one treatment, observe patient responses, and determine the plan of care.

You control your schedule, work in preferred coverage areas, and earn based on the number of patients you treat, with administrative support provided by our team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Dietician program.
• California Registered Dietician license to practice.
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Smartphone required to perform duties.
• Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• Assist in determining the plan of care for each patient.
• Provide one-on-one treatment in home settings and coordinate with care teams.
