Job summary

AOC Outreach Services in Houston is seeking a QMHP-CS to engage, support, and coach families and youth in child welfare. The role focuses on goal-directed interventions to stabilize children in transition, with emphasis on rapport-building and enhancing functioning.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of field experience, and completion of daily session notes within 24 hours. The role is full-time with a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Mental Health Professional-Clinical Specialist (QMHP-CS) with degree in the field and at least 1 year of experience.
• Completion of Daily session notes within 24 hours after session.
• Must meet credentialing requirements including weekly client sessions and education.
• Possesses appropriate Texas licensure or LPHA credentials as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide goal-directed interventions to stabilize children and youth in transition.
• Engage, support, and coach parents, children, and youth in child welfare.
• Complete daily session notes within 24 hours after each session.
