Independent practitioners set their own schedule and pay rate, with support from clinical staff for documentation and reminders.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Strong self-management and ability to work independently.
• Responsive and timely communication via messaging.
• Proficient in documentation and timely completion of tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 45 minutes of rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.
