Gold Standard Therapy Solutions is a therapist-owned home health rehabilitation company providing patients with high-quality therapy in the comfort of their homes. You will set your own pay rate, choose your coverage area, and manage your schedule while delivering hands-on rehabilitation.

We seek licensed Physical Therapists in California with at least 1 year of experience, strong self-management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must have active California PT license.
• Strong self-management and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 45 minutes of rehabilitation services in patients' homes.
• Assess patient condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy and adjust plans as needed.
• Help patients achieve goals and improve quality of life.
