Gold Standard Therapy Solutions seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home rehabilitation services across California. You will assess patient condition, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to help patients regain function.

This role offers autonomy, scheduling control, and the opportunity to impact lives directly in patients' homes. Applicants must hold an active California PT license, demonstrate strong self-management, and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license required.
• Strong self-management and ability to work independently.
• Responsive and timely communication via messaging.
• Proficient in documentation and timely completion of tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide 45 minutes of rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.
• Assess patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy and monitor progress toward goals.
