Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated individuals in Frederick, MD to join as Residential Property Inspectors. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible hours and the ability to set your own route and schedule.

You’ll travel to properties to conduct exterior inspections and occasional interior assessments as part of property underwriting. You will speak briefly with homeowners, capture app-guided photos using a mobile web app, and use a camera pole for roof shots.

• You may use your own associates if you have them.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections.
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection.
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos.
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections.
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
