Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Charlotte for residential property inspections. You will travel to properties to complete exterior inspections and occasional interior checks, explaining the process to homeowners and capturing photos via a mobile app.

You’ll schedule interior visits and deliver professional, on-time service in a flexible, contractor-led setup. Work is performed as a 1099 independent contractor with fees paid per completed inspection; set your own hours

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and reliable.
• Able to work independently and manage own schedule.
• Strong communication when interacting with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to perform exterior inspections and occasional interiors.
• Explain the inspection process briefly to homeowners.
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions in the mobile app.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos as needed.
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections and deliver timely, professional service.
