Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Nashville, TN to perform residential property inspections on a flexible, 1099 basis. Travel to assigned properties, conduct exterior inspections with occasional interior checks, and capture accurate evidence using a mobile app.

Set your own hours, build your route, and leverage your own associates if you have them; fees are paid per completed inspection with monthly payouts and a work window of 8am to sunset, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and reliable as an independent contractor.
• Ability to travel to multiple properties and work independently.
• Comfort using mobile apps to capture photos and answer property questions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections.
• Explain the inspection process to homeowners professionally.
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions via mobile application.
• Schedule your own interior/high-value inspections when needed.
• Deliver accurate, on-time service with clear communication.
