Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to conduct exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections.
• Explain the inspection process clearly to homeowners before starting.
• Capture required photos and data through our mobile web application.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs.
• Schedule your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections.
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
