Job summary

CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in Carver, MN seeks motivated independent contractors to perform exterior and occasional interior inspections. Set your own hours, build your own route, and work with other clients as you choose.

You are paid per inspection as a 1099 contractor and manage your own taxes and insurance. You will travel to properties, explain the inspection to homeowners, capture photos and data via our mobile app, and schedule interior/high-value visits.

Qualifications

• Must own reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Comfortable traveling to properties in CARVER, MN.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and workload.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties for exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections.
• Explain the inspection process to homeowners in a brief, professional conversation.
• Capture required photos and data using the mobile web application.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs.
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections as needed.
