Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Salinas, CA to perform residential property inspections. You’ll travel to sites, conduct exterior inspections with occasional interior checks, and explain the process to homeowners.

You control your schedule, set your own route, and use our mobile app to capture photos and answer property questions. The role pays per completed inspection with a monthly payout and flexible hours, typically 8am to sunset, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
