Job summary

CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector is seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors in Lancaster, PA to perform exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections. You set your own schedule, travel to properties, and interact with homeowners to explain the inspection process.

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll be paid per completed inspection with a flexible work window from 8am to sunset, Monday through Saturday.

• Independent contractor mindset and strong self-management.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in inspections.
• Excellent communication with homeowners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections.
• Have brief, professional conversations with homeowners to explain the inspection.
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through the mobile web application.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos.
• Schedule your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections.
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
