Job summary

Elevate Claims Solutions is seeking an Independent Adjuster in the Fort Wayne area to handle residential and commercial property claims with integrity and accuracy, prioritizing policyholders during loss.

You will work with carriers to assess damage, prepare estimates in Xactimate, communicate findings clearly, and manage a flexible schedule while meeting quality and service standards, plus pass a background screen and maintain required licensing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
• Liability experience is a plus.
• Current, active Xactimate license and experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate.

• Prioritize policyholders during their time loss with empathy and understanding.
• Value our partnerships with carrier clients and support their policyholders through elevated claims handling.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
