Job summary

Elevate Claims Solutions is seeking an Independent Adjuster with residential and commercial property claims in Minnesota. You will work with insureds and carriers to assess damages, prepare accurate estimates, and advance timely settlements.

The role requires a minimum of three years' experience, a current Xactimate license, and proficiency with multiple claims systems. A flexible schedule and field access to properties are expected to support diverse carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
• Current, active Xactimate license and experience writing residential and commercial estimates in Xactimate.
• Current, active license where required.
• Ability to pass a background screen.
• Equipment and ability to access roofs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technological skills with claims management systems.
