Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
• Current, active Xactimate license and experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates.
• Ability to pass a background screen and hold required licenses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Equipment and ability to access roofs.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize policyholders during time loss with empathy and understanding.
• Value carrier partnerships and support policyholders through elevated claims handling.
• Maintain flexible schedule to meet insureds and carriers' needs.
• Communicate clearly, consistently, and in a timely manner with all stakeholders.
• Be open to feedback and work independently with good judgment.
• Leverage multiple claims management systems and Xactimate to estimate damages.
