Job summary

ProVest is seeking independent process servers to deliver legal documents across Ontario County, New York. This opportunity suits reliable, self-motivated professionals who enjoy working independently and managing their own schedules.

As an independent contractor, you will serve legal documents to individuals and businesses while maintaining records and timely communication. Prior process-serving experience is preferred but not required. Flexible scheduling and weekly payments are available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to make 3-4 service attempts on varying days and times (including evenings and weekends).
• Smartphone with apps for receiving assignments and updates.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents to individuals and businesses in Ontario County, NY.
• Maintain accurate records of service attempts and outcomes.
• Communicate status and updates promptly to the supervising team.
• Operate as an independent contractor and manage own schedule.
