ProVest is seeking independent process servers to deliver legal documents in Broome County, New York. The role offers flexible scheduling and the freedom to manage your own business.

You will receive clear instructions and ongoing support from our team as you handle assignments across the county. Independent contractors must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone to receive and update assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to make 3-4 service attempts on varying days and times, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Smartphone with the ability to use mobile apps for receiving assignments and submitting updates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual.
• Prior process serving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents to individuals and businesses.
