Job summary

ProVest is seeking independent process servers to deliver legal documents throughout Chautauqua County, New York. This contract-based role offers the freedom to manage your own schedule and work independently.

You will be responsible for serving documents, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely updates to the team. Prior process serving experience is preferred but not required; reliable, punctual professionals thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to make 3–4 service attempts on varying days and times, including evenings and weekends.
• Smartphone with apps to receive assignments and submit updates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Prior process serving experience preferred but not required.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents to individuals and businesses in Chautauqua County.
• Maintain accurate records and timely communication throughout the service process.
• Manage own schedule and handle assignments independently.
