This is a 1099 independent contractor role with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. Qualifications

• Judge-signed court appointments are required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts.
• Up to 3 attempts at varied times (morning, evening, weekend, etc.).
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email).
• Sign and notarize eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.
• Use ProVest's mobile applications to upload photo evidence of addresses, submit detailed attempt notes, and record service outcomes.
