Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts.
• Up to 3 service attempts at varied times.
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents.
• Sign and notarize eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.
• Use ProVest's mobile applications to upload photo evidence, submit notes, and record outcomes.
