Job summary

ProVest is seeking a Private Process Server in Hickman County, TN to deliver legal documents on behalf of law firms and financial institutions. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with weekly pay per completed job, requiring reliable transportation and ability to visit courthouses for document pickup/drop-off.

You will work independently, plan routes, manage your own schedule, and use ProVest’s mobile apps PVLS and PSO Mobile to document and report service attempts, while upholding

Qualifications

Tennessee residency (near listed counties preferred).
Availability 3–5 days per week, including Saturdays.
Ability to complete 15–20 service attempts per day.
Willingness to visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-off.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Access to a computer, printer, and scanner.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting.
