Job summary

ProVest is seeking Private Process Server contractors in Dickson County, TN to deliver legal documents for law firms and financial institutions. This 1099 position pays weekly for each completed service and requires reliable transportation and access to a computer, printer, and scanner.

You will work independently, serving documents, planning routes, and reporting via PVLS and PSO Mobile, with scheduling flexibility including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience navigating courthouses and legal documents is a plus.
• Ability to plan routes and manage a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas.
• Manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile).
• Return completed documents to clients or filing locations.
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.
